User submitted content
Users can upload images to fashionero.com. You are solely responsible for the images you upload and the consequences of doing so. You affirm that you own the necessary rights to use these images and authorize Vitabu to represent them on fashionero.com by granting a royalty-free, world-wide license to Vitabu. This license is in effect until you delete the images from fashionero.com. You affirm that any material you submit to the site (including but not restricted to comments and images) are not copyrighted unless you are the owner of the copyright or are authorized by the owner.
Should Vitabu be made aware of any copyright infrining content, the content will be taken down immediately.
User submitted content may be taken down without prior notice to the submitter.
